About This Journal

Published four times each year, the Law Review presents articles contributed by leading scholars, judges, and lawyers, as well as student-written Notes. The staff of the Law Review is made up of second-year law students (staffwriters) and third-year law students (Editors). Staffwriters are chosen based upon grades and the results of a writing competition that is held at the end of their first year. Each staffwriter develops a topic for original legal research and writes a Note over the course of the second year under the supervision of a faculty advisor and a student Editor. Editors select the top Notes to publish and select which staffwriters will serve as Editors in their third year.
